Declined Invitation…..
We do not have to join every aurgurment, pity party or drama we are subject to. Sometimes it hard not to engage, but engaing robs us of our energy and steals our peace and joy. It is a choice. One of the hardest to make. We can support someone without being entangled in their drama. It is called setting boundaries.
